In Italy, salted caramel is made when lightly sprinkling salt into a pan of sweet molten, burnt sugar liquid. To replicate this rich, extravagant flavour we’ve sourced an Italian caramelised sugar to make our salty, caramel gelato base. The gooey swirl that all Aussie’s love is generously rippled throughout.
