Join us at the South Melbourne Market Artisan Foods Pop Up from 30 March – 24 April 2022, where our groovy Good Vibes stall will be serving up nothing but Good Vibes!
We’ll be offering free tastings, along with our new mini tubs to enjoy on the spot and our larger tubs to take home with you.
You’ll find our stall located in the SO:ME Space. This unique retail space in the heart of the market is usually dedicated to great design, homewares, fashion, and accessories. Local food creators haven’t been in the line-up – until now! The Artisan Foods Pop Up will showcase Australian biscuits, cookies, cooking pastes, crackers, and, of course, our silky smooth kefir gelato.

The journey to create the creamiest kefir gelato came together with the help of gelato expert, Alberto Pallini. Owner of Gelaterie Pallini in Italy’s Lombardia, he is regarded as one of the greatest gelato maestros in the country. Alberto’s key advice: “always, no matter what, use the very best ingredients”. And that’s exactly what we have done with our 6 velvety dairy and vegan flavours!
SO CHOCOLATE – VEGAN
Chocolate & soy are a match made in heaven — they compliment each other perfectly. A super creamy, rich & velvety combination of organic Aussie soy milk, local Melbourne-Made Chocolate & Dutch cocoa. You’ll also taste a subtle hint of our favourite organic vanilla bean paste. It’s hard to believe it’s vegan!
SALTED CARAMEL SWIRL – DAIRY
In Italy, salted caramel is made by lightly sprinkling salt into a pan of sweet molten, burnt sugar. To replicate this rich, extravagant flavour we’ve sourced an Italian caramelised sugar to make our salty, caramel gelato base. The gooey swirl that all Aussie’s love is generously rippled throughout. Rich, gooey, and wickedly smooth.
MANGO PASSION – VEGAN
Our Alphonso Mango pairs beautifully with a tangy & exotic passionfruit punch. The sweet, tropical notes of coconut milk make for a light & refreshing finish. An absolutely delightful vegan gelato. You’ll be diving back for more.
VERY VANILLA – DAIRY
What separates your average vanilla gelato from the greats? Quality vanilla bean. We scoured the globe for the world’s best vanilla bean, from Madagascar to Tahiti, Indonesia to Tonga, but we couldn’t beat the delicious flavour and aromatic fragrance of the ancient vanilla beans that grow in the Sepik region of Papua New Guinea. You really can taste the difference!
SALTED CARAMEL & SUNSHINE – VEGAN
If Aussie summers & sunshine had a flavour, this would be it. Our vegan salted caramel soy-based gelato delicately balances the rich, sweet and salty kick of our Italian salted caramel with a fresh & gentle touch of coconut milk.
CHOCOLATE YEAH – DAIRY
Rich indulgence. It feels as if you’re biting into the smoothest, silkiest, most velvety chocolate bar imaginable, not gelato. When developing both of our chocolate flavours, gelato expert Alberto Pallini, insisted on two things: it must be made with excellent quality chocolate & cocoa powder. We decided on the very best; Belgian chocolate & Dutch cocoa.
