Good Vibes gelato is now available at over 200 stores around Australia! We wanted to share the love with the Good Vibes crew that helped us get here by running our biggest giveaway yet.
Our uber groovy, retro gelato cart was designed and flown in from Italy and allows us to travel across Australia and bring Good Vibes to the people. Enter our competition now, and you’ll go in the running to have our gelato cart at your next event, ready to serve up silky smooth Good Vibes gelato to up to 200 guests! Our gelato cart hire prize is valued at up to $900, and there are even more chances to win delicious Good Vibes gelato when you enter our giveaway.
The Good Vibes Prizes
1st prize: We’ll bring our retro gelato cart to your next event, fully stocked with our creamy gelato for up to 200 guests. Valued at up to $900!
2nd prize: 24 mini Good Vibes gelato tubs delivered to your door. Valued at $120.
3rd prize: 2 large tubs of Good Vibes gelato, 2 mini tubs, and a cute cooler bag. Valued at $30.

The Promoter
1. The Promoter of Good Vibes 'Gelato Cart Giveaway’ (“The Promotion”) is Good Vibes Gelato (“Good Vibes”) 91-97 Woodlands Dr, Braeside VIC 3195
2. Participating in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
3. This Sweepstakes is a game of chance. Winners will be chosen at random.
Eligibility
1. The Promotion is open to Victorian residents.
2. No purchase is required to enter.
Entry
1. The Promotion commences on Monday 4 of July 2022 at 9:00am AEST and closes on Monday, 1 of August 2022 at 11:59pm AEST (“Promotional Period”).
2. To enter the Promotion, entrants must:
a) Follow @tastethegoodvibes on Instagram.
c) Comment on the competition post and tag a friend.
3. Entries in any other form are not permitted.
4. Entrants are permitted to enter multiple times.
5. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or other automated means are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
6. Entries must be submitted in the English language only.
7. Once submitted, entries may not be altered or deleted.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to alter at its absolute discretion the Promotional Period.

Entry Content
1. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify:
a) Any entries that tamper with, or attempt to tamper with the entry process;
b) Any entries that the Promoter considers manipulative, unrepresentative or disproportionate;
c) Any individuals found entering who corrupt or affect, or attempt to corrupt or affect, the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the entry process
d) Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
e) Any incorrect details submitted may render the corresponding entry invalid.
Determining and Notifying The Winners
1. There will be 3 prize winners.
The first entry drawn will be the winner of the first prize.
The second entry drawn will be the winner of the second prize.
The third entry drawn will be the winner of the third prize.
2. The winners of the Promotion will be drawn within 30 days of the end of the Promotion Period.
3. The winners will be selected at random.
4. Entrants consent to have their name posted to the Good Vibes Facebook page and Instagram account if they win.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to decide whether or not to publish entrants' names and entries to Good Vibes Facebook page and Instagram account if they win.
6. The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result or winning entries.
7. The winner will be notified by private message on Instagram.
8. If a winner has not responded to the private message within 14 days of notification, that winner will forfeit their prize and a runner-up winner will be selected.
9. If a runner-up winner has not responded within 14 days of the notification, the runner-up winner will forfeit their prize.
Prizes and Claiming Prizes
1. There are 3 prizes to be won.
The first prize is a 2-hour gelato cart hire supplied with Good Vibes gelato for an event with up to 200 attendees valued at up to $900
The second prize is a 24 mini tubs of Good Vibes gelato valued at $120
The third prize is 2 x large tubs of Good Vibes gelato, 2 x mini tubs of Good Vibes gelato and 1 x cooler bag, valued at $30.
2. The 2-Hour Gelato Cart Hire prize must be redeemed on an event held within 12 months of the end of the Promotional Period.
3. The winners must contact Good Vibes by email at info@tastethegoodvibes.com to organise the 2-Hour Gelato Cart Hire for their event.
4. The prizes cannot be redeemed for cash but are transferable where the winner is unable to redeem the prize themselves.
General
1. Employees and Owners of Good Vibes or agencies associated with the Promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter the Promotion. Immediate family means any of the following:
a) Spouse
b) Ex-spouse
c) De-facto spouse
d) Child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption)
e) Parent
f) Step-parent
d) Grandparent
h) Step-grandparent
i) Uncle
j) Aunt
k) Niece
l) Nephew
m) Brother
n) Sister
o) Step-sister
p) Step-brother
q) First cousin
2. The Promoter’s decision concerning any aspect of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, suspend, cancel or recommence the Promotion if:
a) For any reason the Promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned.
b) If the promotion is corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion is affected.
c) If the determination of the winners or delivery of the prize is prevented or hindered by any event outside Good Vibes control, subject to approval by relevant state regulatory authorities.
d) Except for any liability not excluded by law, entrants release and indemnify the Promoter from and against all actions, claims and liabilities that the entrant now has or in the future may have against the Promoter for any loss, damage or injury (including any special or consequential loss) suffered as a direct or indirect results of the entrants participation in the promotion.
e) If the Promoter is no longer an operating business entity.
4. All competition entries become and remain the property of the Promoter.
a) The Promoter collects contact information about entrants in order to contact them about the promotion and where appropriate, award prizes.
b) The Promoter may use this information to assist the Promoter in improving goods and services.
