Easy Vegan Cookie Recipe
1/2 cup plain flour
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp vegan butter (measured solid then melt)
2 tbsp vegan milk
1 tbsp vegan caramel sauce
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Combine all of the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together being careful not to over-mix the mixture.
Pour the mixture into an oven-safe dish or skillet and bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
Top with some creamy Good Vibes Salted Caramel & Sunshine gelato and a drizzle of a plant-based caramel sauce. Add a sprinkle of flaked sea salt on top to take it to another level.
