We wanted a gelato that kept our tummies happy, with no compromise on flavour. Thus Good Vibes was born; a kefir-based gelato that’s deliciously creamy, naturally lower in sugar & packed full of probiotic cultures.
Our dairy range is delicious, but dairy gelato is easy. The challenge was upholding that same gloriously smooth texture, keeping the ingredients clean, ensuring each bite is scrumptious AND making it vegan!
Conscious that the popular Italian sorbet recipes are naturally very high in sugar, we began a mission to find an alternative non-dairy milk that would work delightfully well with our water-based kefir.
Believe us, we tried EVERYTHING — coconut, cashew, rice, oat, almond, macadamia, spelt. Eventually we found the vegan milk that trumped them all. A GMO free, Certified Organic soy milk proudly made from Australian grown whole soy beans. Deliciously creamy & a silent hero in most of our vegan flavours.

Chocolate & soy are a match made in heaven — they compliment each other perfectly. A super creamy, rich & velvety combination of organic Aussie soy milk, local Melbourne-Made Chocolate & Dutch cocoa. You’ll also taste a subtle hint of our favourite organic vanilla bean paste. It’s hard to believe it’s vegan.

In Italy, salted caramel is made when lightly sprinkling salt into a pan of sweet molten, burnt sugar liquid. To replicate this rich, extravagant flavour we’ve sourced an Italian caramelised sugar to make our salty, caramel gelato base. The gooey swirl that all Aussie’s love is generously rippled throughout. Rich, gooey, wickedly smooth.

MANGO PASSION
Our Alphonso Mango pairs beautifully with that tangy & exotic punch passionfruits are so loved for. The sweet, tropical notes of coconut milk make for a light & refreshing finish. An absolutely delightful vegan gelato. You’ll be diving back for more.
