SO WHY KEFIR?
All of our gelato is made with kefir, an ancient process of fermentation that naturally contains at least seven strains of probiotics and helps restore your gut’s natural flora. Our quest was to make Good Vibes the best. And where is the world’s best gelati made? Italy, of course! That’s where we found Alberto Pallini, owner of Gelaterie Pallini in Italy’s Lombardia, where he is regarded as one of the greatest gelato maestros in the country. His gelati are awe-inspiring. We couldn’t resist the opportunity of infusing his genius and passion into our sensational gelati creations. Alberto’s key advice: “always, no matter what, use the very best ingredients”. And that’s exactly what we have done. We scoured the globe to ensure every single ingredient that was mixed lovingly into each flavour was exceptional. When you taste our flavours, you’ll quickly understand that this has become our core philosophy.
